All our services are governed by individual service agreements signed prior to project commencement. Refund eligibility is determined based on these agreements and the nature of the services provided.
For ongoing monthly services (SEO, Social Media Management, Google Ads, etc.), clients may cancel with 30 days written notice. Payments made for the current billing period are non-refundable. We do not charge cancellation fees.
For one-time projects (website development, content creation, etc.), the following applies: Setup fees and strategy fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. A pro-rated refund may be issued for work not yet completed, at our discretion.
Due to the digital nature of our products (templates, checklists, guides), all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
